Lavender: soothes burns/scrapes/insect bites To use: apply directly on skin; inhale directly or diffuse; and add 2-4 drops to baking soda and put in bath.
Peppermint: aids in better digestion To use: apply directly on abdomen, back, temples; inhale directly or diffuse; take 1 drop in water.
Lemon: Antiseptic-like To use: add 8 drops to 8oz squirt bottle with distilled water as an air freshener; rub a drop on hands after using a public bathroom if soap and water are not available; rub on cellulite to improve circulation.
Thieves: 99% effective against airborne bacteria To use: gargle 1 drop of Thieves in 2 ounces water to calm a sore throat, dilute 1 drop oil with 4 drops V-6 oil and apply to bottoms of feet, throat, abdomen and inhale or diffuse.
Frankincense: promotes correct cellular function To use: apply 2-4 drops directly to skin; inhale or diffuse; take as a dietary supplement.
Valor: Supports musculoskeletal system To use: apply topically to wrists, back, neck, bottoms of feet; inhaleor diffuse; add 2-4 drops to bathwater.
Pan Away: increases circulation To use: apply directly to skin at temples, back of neck, on spine diluting 1:1 with V-6 oil for a large area.
Peace and Calming: Helps calm hyper children To use: rub on bottoms of feet for peaceful night's rest, inhale or diffuse; apply to wrist, outer ear or foot; add 4 drops in baking soda and put in bath.
